How It Works

Shopping is online, working is online, even dating is online, so why should Health & Fitness coaching be any different?

I work with people who are dedicated to improving their general health and fitness and I specialise in sport specific conditioning, wellbeing and fitness for Scuba Divers and Netball players.

With online personal coaching you don’t have face to face contact with me, but this does not mean it’s any less personal. I will provide you with the same level of support, education and training as I would in person, but being online enables me to work with people all over the world.

The only aspect removed from the traditional method of having a personal trainer is the face to face hour training session. This face to face training session (which people generally have once a week) is not what makes the difference between you reaching your goals or not, it’s what you do for the 6 days and 23 other hours in the week that counts! This is what I really focus on.


Worried about your motivation without that face to face session?

  • Firstly, you wouldn’t be reading this if you weren’t ready to take the next step.
  • Secondly, I am available by phone or email if you need to ask me anything.
  • Thirdly, you will have to check in with me at regular intervals with photos and your progress, so I will be there to help you stay on track and give you a push when you need it.


Your Personalised Plan

My programs work for people who are honest with themselves, and only those people.

That may sound like almost everyone, but believe me, it's easier than you think to skew diet logs and embellish workouts. Some people find it a major commitment to track everything they eat and do, so make sure you're committed to it. As an online fitness coach I trust you to stick with the regime.


How much does it cost?

A Fitness journey is an investment of £49 a month for 3 months, and a Total Transformation journey is only £99 a month for 6 months. If you pay for either journey in full and upfront, then a discount will be offered.

  • Full training programmes tailored and bespoke to you and your goals following a review of your current regime. Tweaked and managed when required.
  • Fortnightly check-ins
  • Accountability – your own personal coach. I am available by phone, text and email if you need me. Having me as your fitness coach to reach out to when you have any questions, or if you need some extra motivation, will be really beneficial to you achieving your goal.


TOTAL TRANSFORMATION JOURNEY

  • Initial consultation
  • In depth overview of your food diary and continual reviews.
  • Your Personalised Fitness Portal. Here you can upload and view your progress and photos on a regular basis and access your plans.
  • Full training programmes tailored and bespoke to you and your goals following a review of your current regime. Tweaked and managed when required.
  • Weekly check-ins
  • Fortnightly calls via WhatsApp or Skype if required.
  • Nutritional coaching and guidance.
  • Habit coaching
  • Recipes and meal ideas.
  • Accountability – your own personal coach. I am available by phone, text and email if you need me. Having me as your fitness coach to reach out to when you have any questions, or if you need some extra motivation, will be really beneficial to you achieving your goal.

After signing up, and upon receipt of payment, you will receive your personalised portal link. Here you will need to fill in your new client forms. Once you have uploaded these please allow me 3 working days to create your personalised bespoke plan for you. You will receive a notification of when you can access it and then...your journey begins!
